This is a guest post by my sister, Gina. This is looking really good to me right now.
1/2 lb lean ground beef, browned and drained
1 (8 oz) can of tomato sauce
1/2 envelope taco seasoning (0.75 oz)
1 cup refried beans
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 (10-inch) tortillas, cut up into 1-inch squares
Mix beef, tomato sauce and taco seasoning in medium bowl. Spread refried beans on bottom of 3-quart slow cooker. Layer meat sauce, cheese and tortillas 2 or 3 times. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours. Makes 4 servings.
Review:
The original recipe you put into a deep covered baker which is like a crockpot for the oven from pampered chef. This was really good. Ken especially liked it. I made half the recipe. 4 stars.
