4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup classic caesar dressing
3 garlic cloves, minced
Place chicken in slow cooker. Cover with red pepper, garlic, and caesar dressing. Cover. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve over spinach fettucine.
I was so excited with how this recipe turned out! It was delish. The flavor was very tasty and the chicken was so tender. The sauce was a bit runny though. If you wanted to thicken it up with cornstarch you could. You could also serve this over mashed potatoes. I give this 4 stars.
