Day 194: Garlic Caesar Chicken with Spinach Fettucine

Serves 4

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup classic caesar dressing
3 garlic cloves, minced

Place chicken in slow cooker. Cover with red pepper, garlic, and caesar dressing. Cover. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve over spinach fettucine.

Review:

I was so excited with how this recipe turned out! It was delish. The flavor was very tasty and the chicken was so tender. The sauce was a bit runny though. If you wanted to thicken it up with cornstarch you could. You could also serve this over mashed potatoes. I give this 4 stars.

  2. This was good. The picture kind of makes it looks grose but it is very tasty. It was Sunday and I didn't have any red peppers so I just used a pepper mix that had some dried red pepper in there. I had it on top of the mashed potatoes. I agree with the 4 stars.
