Review:
Several years ago I ran a marathon close to where my Grandma lives. After the marathon was over I went to her house for lunch and she served this dish. I have loved it ever since! It just tasted so good to me! This is traditionally done in the oven, but works great in the slow cooker as well. No need to warm up your already hot kitchen this summer by turning on the oven. Just turn on your crockpot instead. 3 stars.

My mom used to make this, and I haven't had it in forever! But don't you miss the chow mein being toasted?
