1 jar alfredo sauce
1 jar salsa
1 box penne pasta
1 1/2-2 lbs uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut up into bite sized pieces
1. Add chicken, alfredo, and salsa to slow cooker.
2. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
3. Cook pasta over stop top until desired tenderness.
4. Add pasta to slow cooker and stir. Heat. Serve.
(This dish is one of my family favorites. Although the combination of salsa and alfredo sounds weird, it is really yummy. We always like to use Pace Picante sauce instead of a chunky salsa. I give this recipe 4 stars.)
